With over 26 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry, Lee has established himself as a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of network infrastructure, operations, and strategic deployment. His career began in the role of a field engineer, where he gained invaluable hands-on technical expertise and cultivated a strong foundation in wireless systems.

Over the span of the past 17 years, Lee has transitioned into leadership positions, serving 12 years in Management roles and advancing to Senior Management for the last five years. These roles have allowed him to leverage his technical acumen while fostering his ability to lead and inspire teams.

For 16 of those 17 years, his focus has been on the delivery of temporary wireless infrastructure to support critical programs. These programs include special events, Notice to Quit (NTQ) relocations, and disaster recovery efforts. These high-pressure, time-sensitive deployments have refined his skills in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex logistics, and delivering resilient solutions under tight deadlines.
